Pre-milling

consists of two counter-rotating
cutterheads which are designed to mill the edge of the panel prior to applying the edge banding material.

Glue and Press Unit

Multiple elements ensure quick and even heating.

Strong pressure on edge and panels ensures a better adhensive results.

End Saw

Mounted on a super strong cast base and run on the same high precisiguide for perfect alignment
12,000 rpm inverter controlled motors ensure clean, effortless trimming of tough tapes.

Rough Trimming

The six-edged R knife trims off the excess edge banding on panel top and bottom rough .

Fine Trimming

Copy wheels with 12,000 rpm HF motors ensure the cutters perfectly trace and fine trim or radius your edges

Corner Rounding

Full corner round, front only, rear only etc all at your choice with great versatility.

R scrapping

Top and bottom super sharp scrapers that calibrate the radius, cleans glue and removes cutter marks

Flat scrapping

Remove residual glue line for a better edging results. it is optional.

Buffing

A final finishing stage removes fine traces of glue and tape discolouration
