Except that the machine tool to be inspected should comply with the relevant standards, the items specified in the professional standards should be inspected during the routine inspection. The accuracy and performance are inspected item by item. The inspected items can be summarized as: the installation accuracy of the tool holder (or tool holder), the installation accuracy of the worktable and its own shape, position accuracy, and the distance between the tool holder (or tool holder) and the worktable. The working accuracy is the relative accuracy of the measurement after the specified test piece is processed. All precision items must be checked with reference to JB2670-82 "General Rules for Precision Inspection of Metal Cutting Machine Tools".
