1. When the beam is lifted, the locking screws must be loosened first, and the screws should be tightened during work.
2. It is not allowed to adjust the stroke of the ram during the operation of the machine tool. When adjusting the stroke of the ram, it is not allowed to use the tapping method to loosen or press the adjustment handle.
3. The stroke of the ram shall not exceed the specified range. Do not drive at high speed when using longer strokes.
4. When the worktable is motorized or shaken by hand, attention should be paid to the limit of the lead screw stroke to prevent the lead screw and nut from disengaging or damaging the machine tool.
5. When loading and unloading the vise, it should be handled with care to avoid bumping the workbench.
